Congratulations Jacqui - Local Achievement Award 2023!

On Monday 6 March, we were proud to witness our oldest and one of our dearest GLBC members, Jacqui Jennings receiving the 2023 Local Achievement Award at the 2023 Myall Lakes Seniors Concert at Club Forster.

At 98 years old, Jacqui is still well and truly a part of our wonderful community, living and driving independently, taking part in a range of activities that often involve helping or supporting others. She is a great role model in all aspects of her busy life.

A Life Master and valued member of our bridge club for 40 years, she continues to play at least three times a week, including mentoring beginners. With her sharp and competitive mind, she is highly respected by all members.

A generous, caring and welcoming person, Jacqui has lived an enormous life and can't see this changing anytime soon. An inspiration to us all!
