2020 Annual General Meeting & office bearers

This information has been emailed to our GLBC members and is repeated here for general information only.

This year's AGM was held with COVID-19 social distancing practices adhered to. After the minutes of the last meeting and treasurer's report were read and accepted, it was decided to retain current annual fees at $30 and table fees at $5. Discussions centered around the club's reopening but it was decided that no firm date could be set at this time. Members are encouraged to organise games at home where the risk of group infection by the virus is reduced. Ken Bridges will act as a convener for anyone looking for a game.

We take this opportunity to thank our previous committee members and welcome the new (listed below) for their time and efforts in support of our wonderful club. While we wait patiently for the pandemic restrictions and situation to ease, we are grateful for their generosity of spirit!
