Online bridge proving a good alternative during shutdowns

Unfortunately, we have no information at this stage regarding our club reopening. We'll keep you posted... In the meantime, as per our previous article regarding playing bridge during the current COVID-19 shutdowns, there are several online avenues to access.

We're aware that quite a few of our members are enjoying Stepbridge.com.au - an Australian online bridge site affiliated with the South Australian Bridge Federation. We can advise that this site has recently increased its number of sessions to the following:

  • weekdays - 4 Open sessions plus 1 Novice and 1 Restricted session
  • weekends(each day) - 3 Open sessions plus 1 Novice and 1 Restricted session

Playing fees are $3/tournament game and once a month they hold a red Masterpoint game. You can also play social bridge with no fees.
