Local pair Megan and Barbara place third in State Seniors Pairs Championship

Many of our GLBC members travel to compete in congresses and competitions, often punching above their weight. The NSW Bridge Association State Seniors Championships, held in Gosford from 30 May to 2 June 2023, has seen Megan Grant and Barbara Williams (pictured) placing a hard-fought third in a very tough field of 32 pairs. Ranked 18th, their win sits amongst the top 7 ranked pairs - a notable effort indeed.  (full results) Congratulations!
